Terms of Service

Clear by design.

1. Who you are buying from

ANCHRD League is operated as a sole trader by [YOUR FULL LEGAL NAME], [YOUR BUSINESS ADDRESS], Sweden. Contact: christoffer@anchrdleague.com. We reply to support requests within 5 business days.

2. What ANCHRD League is

ANCHRD League is an independent entertainment product. You buy supporter points that are added to the team you choose in a public battle score. Nothing here is a game of chance, a bet, a lottery, a prize competition, a donation to a club, or an investment. There is no prize and no payout. Outcomes are fully deterministic: a fixed amount always adds a fixed number of points, shown before you pay.

3. Not affiliated with any team or league

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any club, university, team, league or governing body. Team and club names are used descriptively to identify the team a user chooses to support. No official merchandise, ticket, membership or benefit from any team is included, and none is implied. If you are a rights holder and object to a name being used on the platform, email us and we will review it promptly.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to make a purchase. Purchases on behalf of someone else are not permitted.

5. Supporter points

Points measure verified purchases on ANCHRD only. They have no cash value, are not a currency, and cannot be redeemed, exchanged, transferred, resold or withdrawn. Points do not expire while the battle is live. Kickoff points are a clearly labelled, published starting value for each battle. They are not supporter activity, they are excluded from the live feed, from the global ranking and from all reporting, and they never change once a battle is launched.

6. Prices, currency and tax

Prices are shown per battle in EUR or USD and are fixed per package. The price shown at checkout is the total price you pay, including any tax we are required to charge. Your bank or card issuer may apply a currency conversion fee that we do not control or receive.

7. Payment and delivery

Payments are processed by our payment provider; we never receive or store your full card details. Points are digital content delivered immediately after the payment provider confirms the payment, normally within seconds. A payment that is not confirmed adds no points. If money leaves your account but no points appear, contact us and we will investigate and refund if the purchase was not delivered.

8. Right of withdrawal (EU/EEA consumers)

You normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. Because supporter points are digital content delivered immediately, you are asked at checkout to expressly request immediate performance and to acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once delivery has started. If you do not agree, do not complete the purchase. Statutory rights for faulty or undelivered digital content are unaffected.

9. Refunds

We refund technical failures, duplicate charges and undelivered purchases in full. Where a refund is granted, the associated points are removed from the score automatically. We may refuse refund requests based solely on a change of mind after delivery, and we may reverse points and refund purchases we reasonably believe to be fraudulent, made with a stolen card, or made by someone under 18. See Refunds and cancellations.

10. Public visibility and conduct

Public supporter identity is optional and off unless you actively choose it. You must not submit names, handles or links that are offensive, misleading, impersonating, unlawful, or that promote adult, gambling or hateful content. We may hide or anonymize any public entry that breaches this, without refunding, and remove access for repeated abuse.

11. Availability and changes

This is an early product. Battles may be added, ended or closed, and the platform may be unavailable at times. We will not remove points you have already purchased during a live battle. Prices and packages may change, but never retroactively for a completed purchase. Material changes to these terms are published on this page with a new date.

12. Liability

We provide the service with reasonable care but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything that cannot be limited under mandatory consumer law.

13. Complaints and disputes

Contact us first at christoffer@anchrdleague.com. EU consumers can also use the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr, or their national consumer disputes board. Swedish consumers can turn to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), arn.se; we follow its recommendations. These terms are governed by Swedish law, without affecting the mandatory consumer protection of your country of residence.
