Controller
The data controller is [YOUR FULL LEGAL NAME] (sole trader), [YOUR BUSINESS ADDRESS], Sweden, reachable at christoffer@anchrdleague.com.
What we collect and why
- Purchase data — amount, currency, points, team, time, payment reference and the email address used at checkout. Legal basis: performance of the contract and our legal accounting obligations.
- Optional public identity — display name, X handle, business link and country, shown publicly only when you actively choose it. Legal basis: your consent, withdrawable at any time.
- Account data — email and profile settings if you create an account. Accounts are optional; you can buy as a guest.
- Product measurement — pseudonymous events such as page views, checkout steps, completed purchases and share clicks, tied to a random session identifier, not to your name. Legal basis: legitimate interest in operating and improving the product.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal data, we do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not build advertising profiles. We store no card numbers.
Cookies and local storage
We use only what the site needs to work: a login session (if you sign in), a random measurement identifier, and cookies set by the payment provider during checkout. No advertising cookies are used, so no cookie consent banner is required.
Who processes data for us
Our payment provider (payment processing and fraud prevention, as an independent controller for payment data), our hosting and database provider, and our email provider. Some of them may process data outside the EU/EEA under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Purchase and accounting records: 7 years, as required by law. Public supporter entries: while the battle is public, or until you ask us to anonymize them. Measurement events: 24 months. Account data: until you delete your account.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdraw consent for public visibility at any time. Email us and we respond within 30 days. Removing your public identity does not remove the points from the score, because the purchase itself is part of the verified record. You may also complain to your national data protection authority.
Children
The service is not intended for anyone under 18. If we learn that a minor has purchased, we refund and delete the data.
