If something goes wrong,
you get your money back.

Always refunded
- You were charged but no points were added.
- You were charged twice for the same purchase.
- The points added do not match the package price shown at checkout.
- The purchase was made without the cardholder's permission.
Usually not refunded
Supporter points are digital content delivered immediately, and at checkout you expressly request that delivery and acknowledge losing the 14-day right of withdrawal. A change of mind after the points are visible in the score is therefore not normally refundable. We still review every request individually and use common sense.
How to request one
Email christoffer@anchrdleague.com from the address used at checkout, with the date and amount. We answer within 5 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
What happens to the score
A refunded purchase has its points removed from the team score and its entry removed from the supporter feed automatically. Kickoff points are never affected.
